1 – In&Out

The youth advice project IN&OUT is targeted to young lesbians, gays and bisexuals up to 26 years, that search advice for the following fields: Problems or general questions about Coming Out, problems in relationships, conflicts inside the family and with friends or about the theme loneliness. People searching for help are not only lesbians, gays and bisexuals, but also relatives and friends, that have a need for advice or teachers and other pedagogues.

The advisors are young lesbians, gays and bisexuals up to 26 years, who personally, on the phone or per e-mail help other young people (Peer-to-peer idea). The young people that engage voluntarily for IN&OUT get an education for being a professional adviser.

The project is long-term, which means, that new people shall be attracted continuously, who also want to do the education. Since the end of the discrimination of young lesbians, gays and bisexuals is not in the near future, the need for advice will exist for long-term.
